Administration Assistant

We are looking for a Part-Time Administration Assistant available for an immediate start.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing reception, including answering and directing all inbound phone calls with a friendly and professional manner.
  • Scanning, filing, and maintaining digital and physical records.
  • Performing accurate and timely data entry across various systems.
  • Uploading documents and maintaining records in the company's database.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will be a proactive and personable individual with a can-do attitude. You will have:

  • Proven experience in an administration, reception, or similar role.
  • A bubbly, warm, and engaging personality.
  • High proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, Excel is highly desirable.
  • Experience using a database with a strong commitment to accuracy and attention to detail.
  • The ability to obtain a Working with Vulnerable People check (this is a mandatory requirement for the role).
  • A current First Aid certificate is desirable.
  • Previous experience working in an industrial industry.
